Where is IBARAKI (茨城)?

茨城県(Ibaraki Prefecture)

There are 47 prefectures in Japan. Ibaraki Pref. is located in the Kanto Plain, in the center of Japan. But many of Japanese people believe that it belongs to Tohoku Region(Northern prefectures)! Why?

Because we have nothing special?

It has nice flat lands for agriculture, beautiful mountains, lakes, and the sea. 

Not so hot or not so cold.....

Actually we have all nice things here.
